EL DIOS DE LA NUEVA ERA, THE GOD OF  THE  NEW AGE.

  Posiblemente no pocos de los lectores del tema que en esta página se pretende tratar, conocerán, bien porque sean seguidores de denominada NEW AGE, bien por ser simpatizantes la misma  finalmente porque hayan oído hablar de ella; más a su vez  pienso que algún grupo de los lectores del Blog  puede que no estén en  ninguno de estos tres supuestos y por ello el presente artículo está pensado para que abarque a los dos grupos de sus posibles lectores, En el seguiremos el siguiente INDICE:

 1.-.La New Age una nueva concepción de Dios y  del mundo.

2.- La New Age y su concepción de la persona humana.

3.-La New Age y el destino del hombre.

 1.-LA NEW AGE UNA NUEVA CONCEPCIÓN DE DIOS Y DEL MUNDO.

El nombre con que se designa a éste, que podemos llamar movimiento, nos sitúa en el origen del mismo, ya que tuvo su origen principalmente en Estados Unidos, aunque su traducción al español como LA NUEVA ERA pueda expresar parte de su pensamiento seguiremos llamándolo con su nombre original en éste articulo.

            El nacimiento del movimiento tiene que ver con el interior descontento con que la persona humana especialmente occidental  de esta edad postmoderna nuestra experimenta en lo más profundo de su ser, una humanidad sumergida de bruces en el consumismo, en la cultura del hedonismo no puede por menos de producir desazón  en un mundo  como el occidental que ha vivido desde siglos motivado por unos valores que daban sentido a su vida y que hoy para gran parte del mismo han dejado de tener valor.

Hacer una síntesis del movimiento no resulta nada fácil porque en él se entremezclan y conjugan aspectos tan diversos  como el saber  científico, la astrología, la filosofía y hasta cierto punto la religión. Este es el motivo por el que hemos colocado en esta CATEGORIA el presente tema.

UNA NUEVA FORMA DE VER EL MUNDO           

La New Age lo primero que postula es una forma nueva de ver el mundo; el pensamiento clásico en el que desde hace siglos estamos implantados ve al universo como un conjunto de seres dotados de una individualidad propia que los hace únicos e irrepetibles con relación a los demás, cada ser llámese material, vivo o personal tiene su propia esencia que lo define y lo hace distinto de los demás. El equilibrio y la armonía entre los mismos le tiene que venir al cosmos de un principio distinto de él, llámese Nous, alma cósmica , o Dios.

La New Age en cambio ve el cosmos como una unidad en la que únicamente existe una única y sola realidad, el cosmos es uno y único de forma que el todo está en todas y cada una de sus partes y  en cada una de las partes está el todo.

            Esto debe llevarnos a cambiar la visión de lo real de forma que siempre que intentemos decir algo de lo existente lo miremos como un todo, es pues una mirada totalizante, como dicen newagers una mirada holística, un conocimiento holístico, de holos que significa todo.La New Age afirma que tal visión del universo como una única y misma realidad está confirmada por la ciencia, especialmente por la física, algunos físicos concretamente en el campo de la holografía nos confirman que “ cada una de las partes, por pequeña que sea, está contenida siempre en el todo, y el todo está contenido en cada parte.”

            Siguen diciendo estos físicos que el descubrimiento de los rayos láser ha hecho posible la holografía, una especie de fotografía con la ayuda de tales rayos. El resultado  sorprendente es éste: ninguna de las imágenes suministradas por la holografía puede ser dividida. Si se divide la verá aparecer de nuevo como antes. No es posible conseguir aspectos nuevos de la parte dividida sino que la nueva parte siempre nos repite el mismo todo que había en la primera fotografía, podríamos seguir dividiéndola hasta dimensiones microscópicas el contenido que siempre encontraremos es el mismo todo.

            Un físico tan eminente como E. Schrödinger llega a decir: “ La multiplicidad percibida es sólo apariencia, en realidad no existe. La filosofía védica ha intentado demostrar este su dogma fundamental a través de imágenes alegóricas de las cuales la más seductora es la del cristal multifacético, que muestra centenares de pequeñas imágenes de un objeto , que en realidad es el único y el mismo” ( Schhrder.E. Mi concepción del mundo. Barcelona 1988, 35-36)

   CONSTELACIÓN ACUARIO.       

Tras esta fundamentación en el saber científico los nawgers acuden a la astrología, pues según ellos nuestro planeta está sujeto cada veinte siglos al influjo de una nueva constelación. Los dos milenios de cristianismo han sido tutelados por “piscis” cuyo influjo nefasto se ha traducido en guerras, genocidios, odios, egoísmos, divisiones; sin embargo el mundo está a punto de ser tutelados por una nueva constelación en este caso” acuario” de donde brotará una fuente de amor, de unidad y fraternidad entre los hombres.No deja de ser extraño que los nawgers tras arroparse con el manto de la ciencia terminen balanceándose en el de la ficción.

            En muchos adeptos a la Neg Age la naturaleza del todo único e igual, es la energía, una energía  que según los llamados gnósticos de Prícenton, es de orden espiritual,  es decir una especie de espíritu cósmico que está presente en todas las cosas y es en su conjunto consciente de si mismo.             Este uno y único cosmos que es  espíritu consciente de si mismo bien lo podemos calificar como divino  aunque sin olvidar que otro de los  postulados básicos de este movimiento es la negación de la existencia de Dios como ser personal.

            Sin negar la existencia de lo divino éste se identifica con el universo, más que hablar de Dios, de un Dios personal que existe por un lado y el universo por otro, hay que hablar de lo divino, la divinidad está en todas y en cada una de las partes de la naturaleza, no porque ella sea como emanación de una divinidad que existe antes y fuera de ella sino  porque la naturaleza toda y en cada una de sus partes es toda ella divina, de modo que la realidad es un cosmos que participa del único y mismo ser

            Sin entrar en someter a crítica tal visión, decir que la misma no se nos antoja  nueva, pues como mínimo trasmite ecos  de concepciones tanto filosóficas como religiosas del pasado: la concepción de la naturaleza  de los milesios, la idea de lo divino en Platón, la concepción del Uno en Plotino, y  ya más cerca de nosotros del panenteísmo de Hegel y desde el punto de vista religioso a las concepciones orientales de la divinidad que tantos elementos de unión entre lo divino y humano intentan aportar.

 

2.-LA NEW AGE Y SU CONCEPCIÓN DE LA PERSONA HUMANA.

 Es posible que, atendiendo a lo que llevamos dicho hasta aquí  alguien pueda pensar que la llamada   New Age es una nueva religión,  sin  embargo si queremos calificar a New Age con relación a lo religioso  más bien habría que decir de la misma que es una anti-religión en primer lugar  por su rechazo frontal  a todas las religiones y especialmente a la cristiana, dado que este movimiento, como se ha dicho ha nacido en occidente y especialmente en Estados Unidos, un occidente que durante dos milenios ha estado catalizado por la religión cristiana   a la que se  ve como una institución aferrada a un pasado sumergido en la dominación, en el sometimiento del hombre a la disciplina férrea de fuerzas provenientes del exterior del hombre, enemiga del anticonformismo, obstáculo para la realización del hombre desde sus propias capacidades, anclada en unas creencias míticas en no pocos casos contrarías al progreso científico.

            Tal oposición se patentiza en la respuesta que la New Age da a la pregunta sobre   el hombre . ¿ Qué es el hombre?

            La respuesta ya viene dada por lo anteriormente dicho, el ser humano es como una parte en la cual se encuentra concentrada toda la realidad de la energía universal, su esencia verdadera es divina.

El reto que se le presenta al mismo es llegar a  conocerse,sentirse, y experimentarse identificado con esa realidad total y única, para ello necesita dejar de considerarse como un yo individual distinto del resto de los yoes. ¿ Y cómo llegar a experimentarse unido a ese Dios que es lo más profundo del ser humano, pues no es distinto del hombre, sino que el hombre es Dios?Para ello es necesario utilizar determinadas técnicas y maestros que le orienten.

            Según la New Age el hombre debe recorrer un camino hacia su interioridad debe realizar un gran esfuerzo de constante autocontrol y extrema autodisciplina, para poder desarrollar las fuerzas internas, las del alma.

            Para ello la persona humana no necesita ni la ayuda de ninguna revelación, ni la ayuda de ninguna gracia o don ella es ya todo lo que se puede ser lo único necesario es el desarrollo de su conciencia cósmica.

            Para los newagers el camino es el conocimiento pero no un conocimiento racional e intelectual, sino el intuitivo, experimental en definitiva místico.El hombre es, en lo más profundo de su ser, bueno, es impecable, y en última instancia carente de libertad.Todos estos conceptos pertenecen al estadio del yo individual, conforme va progresando en ese camino hacia su interior y experimentándose como un ser divino todos esas realidades desaparecen.El hombre que va progresando en el camino de la interiorización experimentará:

            1.-Experiencia extraña de iluminación2.-Estado de seguridad, alegría y elevación moral.3.-Iluminación intelectual.4.-Sentido de inmortalidad.5.-Pérdida del miedo a la muerte.6.-Pérdida del sentimiento de pecado.7-Despertar instantáneo y general.8.-Influencia del carácter del individuo.9.-Todo ello ocurre entre los 30 y los 40 años.10.-Se gana en encanto y atracción personal.11.-Se opera una transfiguración del sujeto. INTEGRACIÓN DEL HOMBRE EN EL TODO.

 3.-EL HOMBRE Y SU DESTINO.

 Ya  podemos imaginar, después de lo anteriormente dicho cómo entienden los newagers cual es el destino último de la persona humana. Es  en esta parte de su doctrina donde de forma más clara aparece la conformidad de la  doctrina de la New Age con el pensamiento oriental  y especialmente en el Hinduismo.

El hombre está llamado a vivir por toda una eternidad, esta vida no es realidad nada nuevo ya que somos eternos por cuanto formamos parte de una totalidad que es en si misma eterna. El destino final y último del hombre es sumirse dentro de esa conciencia cósmica que no hay ningún inconveniente en llamarla Dios dentro de la visión panteísta del mundo, que como hemos visto es la única realidad realmente existente.

            Para alcanzar esa identificación unión con tal conciencia hemos dicho que el hombre durante su vida terrenal debe potenciar con todas sus fuerzas la interiorización que le permita experimentar su verdadero ser  liberándolo de todo aquello que le empuje a reforzar su yo egoísta, es decir su individualidad. La dirección de los maestros, las técnicas para la meditación y contemplación interior ,  el amor a los demás y la supresión de todo deseo, son el camino para lograr la vivencia de su completa pertenencia a la conciencia cósmica.

            No se les oculta a los nawagers que muchas personas no lograrán en vida, durante una vida esta liberación e iluminación es por lo que sugieren que tras la muerte la persona queda desprovista de su expresión material, pero la parte superior de su ser queda intacta por lo que debe entrar en un proceso de purificación y depuración hasta llegar a la iluminación e identificación  que sólo es posible apelando a la doctrina de la reencarnación, es decir a una nueva expresión material de su yo y ser más íntimo.

            En la reencarnación la persona conserva su propia identidad  profunda, lo que adquiere es una nueva expresión material, y corporal.
